Canada’s Night Lovell shares his eagerly awaited project ‘Red Teenage Melody’ including the leading, infectious track ‘Louis V‘ and the recent vibe ‘Contraband’.
Following up from his 2014 release, ‘Concept Vague’, his all encompassing latest release, ‘Red Teenage Melody’, combines Night Lovell’s distinctive vocals over some equally moody and distinctive production. Lovell’s followup project isn’t just a 14 track offering bursting of teenage aggression, no. It’s slick and sees Lovell performing, with finesse, his hallmark mysterious and dark sound.
With the guest appearances from Nessly, Wavy Drexler, and packed with production duties from Dylan Brady, Blank Body, and glocque – ‘Red Teenage Melody’ further cements Lovell’s low-fi yet beautifully dark and moody sonic space. While I’m eagerly awaiting for some visual accompaniments to the project, get your ears acquainted with Night Lovell. You won’t regret it.
