These dudes -“Tom jones. Classic man. Gangster. Taliban” – have been doing the rounds since last October. Now if you really don’t know what we’re talking about, then what damn stone have you been living under?
Lancey Foux is ready to finally give the fans what they really really really want – it’s the really, really, really, really really good one! ‘Left Home’ is the type of track that gives you the feeling of a classic man, the swagger of Tom Jones with a dancehall makeover. I don’t know about you, but London most definitely feels ready for this flair for confidence and Lancey is supremely confident about his flow over the Nova produced beat.
In our exclusive Cover Story, Lancey gives us a look into what makes him thrive – “You see like.. the London culture, everyone kinda goes for the Grime culture and the UK Rap, like gang culture, my role is to bring out the kids that aren’t really into that, that don’t come from that at all. My role is to bring out the gangsta’s little brother that just likes weird stuff, make all these kids that are not hard like that, not masculine and stuff like that, I wanna bring them out – give them confidence.”
