Knucks ‘Vows’ To Keep It Humble In New Visual

Knucks kicks off 2018 in experimental style with his latest self produced release ‘Vows’, blending Hip-Hop heritage with his contemporary Drill perspective to create a lane in between.

This ‘smooth Drill’ styling sees Knucks toying with the riff of an LL Cool J classic ‘Hey Lover’ featuring Boys II Men. Breathing new life into old rhythms, Knucks finds his place in the laid back pockets to tell the story of ‘a girl who wants commitment too early’ and how he deals with it.

Speaking on the premise of the new single Knucks said, “I then go on to critique various things I notice around me: guys bragging about cars and finances to girls, then go on to show I can impress the same girls while taking train. The concept of the video circulates my journey to the girl’s house on the London Underground which also links to lyric ‘please check up on your wife, I take the train to her house’”
