This Chicago singer/songwriter has really got us feeling for her in the new video for ‘Slipping’ which premiered today. Eryn Allen Kane’s soulful single comes to life with even more emotion weaved into her co-directed video.
Co-directed with ART (GIRL) GANG collective Verluxe, the video is all about Eryn and nothing else is getting in her way as she pleas ‘Indigenous time ‘fore I drown and there’s one more open seat, trust in me‘. There’ll be a lonely heart too many who won’t help but be able to feel into Eryn’s honest and direct performance of the frustrated helplessness of heartache as she breathes another layer into this future classic.
‘Slipping’ is written and produced by Eryn and is the follow up to ‘Have Mercy’ both of which will be featured on Eryn’s forthcoming debut EP Aviary.
