Ebenezer’s debut EP ‘Bad Romantic’ is here, kicking things off with a visualiser for ‘Stats’ featuring Col3trane, Ebenezer is starting as he means to go on.
Building up his own signature UK Rap aesthetic, Ebenezer delves into real romance, showing off his range and scope he takes us through the high energy deep Trap sound of ‘Till I Die’ before slowing the pace and exploring the emotions. On both ‘South of France’ and ‘Nostalgia’ Ebenezer takes us through the darker side of the spectrum, “I’m a romantic, but not necessarily the best one!” Ebenezer reveals Once you’ve had your heart broken it tends to turn you into a savage, but I’m still trying to be a better person for it. I made this EP to show the battle between the good side of love and the bad side of love, and how in just a moment you can fall in and out of it.”
Ebenezer has already worked with Craig David, Jeremih, Rejjie Snow and Ty Dolla $ign, carving out a lane for himself as a new voice in a scene usually flooded with pretense; Ebenezer’s authentic light continues to shine through.
